Meet Joe Gies...

Growing up in Brandywine Hundred, he has seen many changes. Do you remember when Naamans Road was just two lanes? How about the original A.I Hospital or Brandywine Race Track?

As a young adult he moved to the City of Wilmington. He worked for a well known Wilmington paint & decorating retail store for 15 years before starting his own home improvement company.

Raising a family and building a business with quality work and great customer relations was his passion. Many satisfied customers later, he had a new calling. Looking to share his love of homes, he became a Realtor.
